Samal

Samal: The Philippines is an archipelago of 7,107 islands. Most of these are attractive islands but there a few which seem to stand above the rest. The Island Garden City of Samal – composed of 7 islets – is one of these because of its unspoiled beauty. “A little paradise on earth” is how people described the place. (READ: From Davao City, make the trip to these 8 beautiful beaches)

HOW TO GET THERE: Fly direct to Davao City. Going to Samal Island from Davao City, take any of the established entry points:

Sta. Ana Wharf Near Magsaysay Park, downtown area, where motorboats are available to ferry passengers directly to Kaputian and Talikud Island.

Trip to Maxima, Samal (2017)

with mommy and friends

The place isn’t just for those who love the sun, sand and sea but also those who love adrenaline and extreme adventures.

First off, Maxima AquaFun looks very much like a resort floating on the sea.

Well, there’s a 40-meter super slide (made from tarpaulin) that bring you from the top of a hill down to the 120-feet sea. There’s also the water blob, which is pretty much like a trampoline, only that the other person on one end of the inflatable will launch into the water when another person jumps on the other side of it. Of course, they also offer classic water activities such as the banana boat riding, kayaking, snorkeling and jet skiing and diving.

Finally! Natuloy rin ang outing naming magbabarkada.

Although, It was a long a process arriving in that situation but we can really say that all the effort we've invested was worth it.

Day 1

It was a long journey, from Kidapawan to Samal, Davao (a 3-4 hours bus ride). The whole ride was full of joy and excitement. We are very much excited to step on the beach, to have a picture wearing our OOTD's, to get tan lines, and to make memories that is worth to treasure for the rest of our lives.

I can't explain how happy I was that day.

Day 2

To sum it up, It was an awesome day! and It was or last day at Maxima, Samal.

In ending this,

I would like to thank God for the success of our trip.

My mom for being our guardian and our personal photographer.

My friends for the memories.
